ZipTrip is an AI-powered travel planning tool that generates curated travel bundle recommendations based on user-provided trip inputs including destination, travel dates, group size, budget, and travel preferences. ZipTrip is a planning and inspiration tool only — it is not a travel agency, booking platform, or reservation system.
All reservations, bookings, and purchases are made directly through third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Viator, and OpenTable. ZipTrip has no involvement in and bears no responsibility for any transactions you complete on third-party platforms.
Travel recommendations displayed on ZipTrip, including hotel names, activity suggestions, restaurant recommendations, and estimated prices, are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o) and enriched with data from the Google Places API.
Price estimates shown on ZipTrip are approximate and for planning purposes only. They do not represent real-time pricing and may not reflect current availability, seasonal fluctuations, taxes, fees, or promotions. Always verify pricing directly on the relevant booking platform before making any purchase or reservation decision.
AI-generated recommendations may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or references to establishments that have closed, changed, or do not exist. ZipTrip makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated recommendation.
ZipTrip earns affiliate commissions from third-party booking platforms when you click a link and subsequently make a qualifying purchase or reservation. This does not affect the price you pay. For full details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

The ZipTrip name, logo, and all original content, design elements, and software comprising the Service are the intellectual property of ZipTrip and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
AI-generated travel recommendations are produced on your behalf in response to your inputs. You may use these recommendations for personal, non-commercial trip planning purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIPTRIP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZIPTRIP AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS, BOOKING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON ESTIMATED PRICING, OR TRANSACTIONS COMPLETED ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
The Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Google Places API, Booking.com, Viator, and OpenTable. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ZipTrip is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ZipTrip. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time.
